We offer paid leadership roles, mentorship, skills training and opportunities to curate, make decisions, and lead public-facing cultural programmes. Our work prioritises those from low-income backgrounds, the Global Majority, neurodivergent and disabled young people, and trans, non-binary and gender-diverse creatives.

We exist to ensure the next generation doesn’t just take part in the creative industries; they reshape them.
