Our Reception Area is available to hire. In the evening and at weekends it is a perfect space for business networking drinks, launches, talks, panel discussions, presentations and workshops. During the day its a stylish spot for meetings, workshops and seminars.
Available to hire: PA & Mic plus technician. Mobile bar. Catering (canapes, nibbles). Capacity 70 or 80 combined with a Meeting Room.

FACILITIES
You can hire out additional equipment if needed including:
- PA System & Microphones: £40+VAT
- Technical Support is £25+VAT per hour (bookable for 4 hours minimum)
- Laptop for event/Data Projection: £15+VAT each
Please note: It will be necessary to book a Technician if your event involves a technical set-up and you are bringing in lots of your own equipment or you require AV support throughout your event.
ROOM HIRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 48 hours notice: 80% of room hire and equipment costs.
Less than 5 days notice: 30% of room hire and equipment costs.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
Our disposable catering supplies are made with 100% recycled content, the bar facility uses paper straws and we do not supply single use plastic bottles.
We have sourced room hire biscuits with 100% recyclable non-plastic packaging. Our paper cups are made from recycled and organic material that breaks down to organic molecules and is compostable. We use glass where we can as well.
We use local, independent suppliers wherever possible, and avoid using Amazon and other multinationals to purchase items.
Equipment is maintained and tested to operate at high standards of efficiency. All new appliances purchased are energy saving.
Our invoicing system is entirely digital.
Lighthouse uses environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Our Gas and Electricity tariffs are green and are through Good Energy https://www.goodenergy.co.uk/. Our electricity is 100% renewable, and the gas supply is 6% biogas.
All of the waste from our building is zero waste to landfill.
