The Conference Room is our most popular space for meetings, workshops, brainstorming and away-days. The room is bright and airy, is equipped with a projector, and is fully air-conditioned.
The capacity of the Conference Room is as below.

- Full Day £290+VAT
Charity/non-profit discount 25% on room hire rate only (please enquire for a discount code to use when you make your payment). All prices exclude VAT.

Evening & Weekends
Our standard opening hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday. Our venue is available to hire outside of these hours, subject to availability, get in touch for more details.
All meeting rooms come equipped with high-speed wifi, air conditioning, a flip chart and stationary, ceiling mounted data projectors and speakers. You can hire out additional equipment if needed including:
- Projector: £10+VAT
- Laptop (Mac): £10+VAT
- PA System & Microphones: £40+VAT
- Technical Support is £20+VAT per hour (bookable for 4 hours minimum)
Please note: It will be necessary to book a Technician if your event involves a technical set-up and you are bringing in lots of your own equipment or you require AV support throughout your event.
Projector: Optoma ZH506 resolution is 1080p full HD – 16:9 presentation ratio. HDR and 4K compatible with a brightness of 5000lms. The projector is set up with an HDMI or VGA lead and we can provide the following adaptors: HDMI to VGA, HDMI to Apple mini display port, HDMI to USB-C.
Speakers: The room has speakers which you can connect to through the same HDMI lead as the projector.
ROOM HIRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 48 hours notice: 80% of room hire and equipment costs.
Less than 5 days notice: 30% of room hire and equipment costs.
Our disposable catering supplies are made with 100% recycled content, the bar facility uses paper straws and we do not supply single use plastic bottles.
We have sourced room hire biscuits with 100% recyclable non-plastic packaging. Our paper cups are made from recycled and organic material that breaks down to organic molecules and is compostable. We use glass where we can as well.
We use local, independent suppliers wherever possible, and avoid using Amazon and other multinationals to purchase items.
Equipment is maintained and tested to operate at high standards of efficiency. All new appliances purchased are energy saving.
Our invoicing system is entirely digital.
Lighthouse uses environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Our Gas and Electricity tariffs are green and are through Good Energy https://www.goodenergy.co.uk/. Our electricity is 100% renewable, and the gas supply is 6% biogas.
All of the waste from our building is zero waste to landfill.
