SprungDigi is a digital leadership mentoring programme for learning disabled artists from Brighton, Guildford and Horsham. Through workshops, mentoring and creating new work, the programme empowers learning disabled artists to explore the creative potential of the digital space.

For Brighton Digital Festival 2014, SprungDigi – in partnership with Lighthouse – present an action packed day to test out the Mapfactor app to take photos and films of a trail they will follow around Brighton.

SprungDigi Dares You! is a fun accessible trail that will get participants taking pictures and short films of their daring feats using the Mapfactor app and tech. It was developed by the learning disabled SprungDigi artist crew alongside Brighton based app developers Surface Impression. The daring trail will take around an hour with a fun debrief at the end. There will also be SprungDigi prizes for the best uploads.

Map factor is part of the project. They will have sign language interpreters on hand to work with you and their SprungDigi crew also. SprungDigi Dares You! is suitable for disabled and non-disabled people of all ages.
