Lighthouse is very pleased to be hosting the latest Skillswap Brighton event entitled ‘Skillswap gets Physical’.

The evening features three talks:

Talk 1: Atoms Are Hard
Speaker: Dan Williams
Wading through the trough of disillusionment of the Internet of Things.

Talk 2: Mint Foundry: Toys with Purpose
Speakers: David Hunt, Hugh Boys, Luke Overin and Tom Mallinson
Mint Foundry is the graduate scheme run at Mint Digital. Now in its second year it tasked four designers, for three months, with the brief: “Make a toy that has a reason to exist.”

Talk 3:Printing Trains
Speaker: Chris Thorpe
Using technology to bring user centricity to the physical world of hobbies.
