REFRAMED: PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME – CLOSING EVENT
THURSDAY 5 OCTOBER 2017
EXPLORE EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AND NEW CONCEPTS WITH PARTICIPANTS AND PARTNERS
Join us for an evening of drinks and new connections as we mark the end of Reframed, with a celebration of emerging storytelling practices being explored across different immersive and interactive formats.
Following an intensive five-month project development process, featuring sector leaders such as Marshmallow Laser Feast, Punchdrunk, Unity Technologies, Sony Playstation, Make Real, Rewind and Vision 3, our Reframed participants have developed their initial concepts into exciting proposals, working across different formats such as VR, games, augmented reality, and 360.
Find out about the Reframed projects – from hunting digital ghosts with school children, searching for a fugitive hacker, and exploring life at the edges of cities, to investigating what AI can learn from our social media, and sharing one couple’s heartbreaking experience of going through fertility treatment.
The evening will include an opportunity to:
Test new concepts
Meet the participants and hear more about them, their projects and their journey on the Reframed Project Development Programme, and test and play with new concepts and prototypes developed on the programme.
