- - - - - - - - the dialogue of the dogs
Inspired by the short story by Miguel de Cervantes (1613), Dialogue of the Dogs sets out to be a poem about weaknesses of human nature and the beauty of one of its achievements - the language of reasoning - spoken and discussed by two dogs. The work, at once grotesque and humourous, unfolds in the space between the still and the moving image.
Dialogue of the Dogs was financially supported by Lighthouse through our Arts Council of England Breakthrough Award.
