We’re looking for volunteers to assist in the invigilation of the upcoming David Blandy Artist in Residence Open Studio that we are holding here at Lighthouse as part of Brighton Science Festival 2013.

Over three weeks, David Blandy will be working on two major projects: Helix, a collaboration with scientist, Adam Rutherford, exploring the history of DNA; and Anjin 1600: Edo Wonderpark, an installation that retells the story of William Adams, the first Englishman to arrive in Japan in 1600, as an epic intergalactic space adventure.

Blandy’s studio will be open to the public during his residency and we’re looking for volunteers to assist in the invigilation of the Open-Studio on: 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28 February, 1, 2, March 2013 between 12pm- 5pm.
