We are pleased to announce two opportunities to work with our creative team as we develop and deliver two new projects – Last Dance and Viral.

Project Manager (part-time, one-year fixed-term contract) – Last Dance
We are seeking a Project Manager for Last Dance, a new programme that examines the creative and social impact of the decline of UK club culture. Lead by Associate Artistic Director Elijah, the project will be taking place across the next 12 months in clubs, music venues and other cultural spaces in Brighton and across the UK.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to develop their programming and curatorial skills, as they work closely with Elijah to plan and deliver the Last Dance events programme. The skills and abilities required for the role may have been developed outside of a paid professional context, such as volunteering, work experience and personal projects, and experience gained across a wide range of sectors such as education, community youth projects, underground music promotion or production, or training in creative technology.

Youth Participation Producer (part-time, one-year fixed-term contract) – Viral
We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual to deliver Viral, a two-year programme of mentoring, creative and professional development, artistic programming, experimentation and production. Viral is aimed at young people (aged 16-24) who don’t have access to the same support as many other young people, and may be from deprived economic backgrounds, not in education, employment or training, from ethnic backgrounds underrepresented in the arts and culture sector, or who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or unsure (LGBTU) of their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
