Sea View has been extremely well received at film festivals and has been nominated for a number of prestigious awards including a BAFTA 2014 nomination in the British Short Film category, nomination for the British Council Award for Best British Short Film at the London Short Film Festival 2014, and winner of the British Short Film competition at leeds International Film Festival 2013. Jane Linfoot, Anna Duffield

Jane Linfoot – Writer/Director

Jane has written and directed three short films to date, which have all competed at international film festivals. She was selected for the initial Directors Lab at Edinburgh International Film festival 2008. Participating directors were chosen by, Film4, UKFC and Stephen Woolley. In April 2012 Jane was one of the short filmmakers to feature in the ‘BFI: Made In Britain’ programme. Jane is currently developing her first feature length script with the BFI.

Anna Duffield – Producer

Anna has worked for leading Scottish production company Sigma Films for the past eleven years. She has produced a number of award-winning short films including Johnny Barrington’s Trout and Terra Firma, and co-produced Paddy Considine’s BAFTA winning Dog Altogether. After acting as associate producer on Andrea Arnold’s Red Road, Anna went on to produce Morag Mckinnon’s feature Donkeys, and is currently working with Johnny Barrington on his debut feature Aberdeen Angus.
