Jonathan Romney – Writer/Director
Jonathan Romney wrote and directed the shorts A Social Call and Man Goes To The Doctor And The Doctor Says…. He has recently been developing a feature script on the London Film School’s Hothouse programme – a nightmare noir thriller set in 50s London. He is film critic of the Independent on Sunday, writes a monthly column for Sight & Sound and is programme advisor on French cinema for the London Film Festival.
Carey Born – Producer
Carey studied at Cambridge and trained in acting at LAMDA. She first started writing and producing between acting jobs and has made 3 fiction shorts, Shadow Man, Compartment and Love For Sale. All of these have shown at international festivals, won awards and been commercially distributed. Carey runs her own production company, First Born Films, with Darren Heath, and has recently co-written a feature screenplay with A C Smith.
