Michael Pearce – Director

Michael studied Fiction Direction at the NFTS. His graduation film, Madrugada won Best Short at the Branchage Film Festival and the Royal Television Society Awards. His last short, Rite, was nominated at the 2011 BAFTA’s and BIFA’s, and won Best Short at Rushes Festival, Message2Man Film Festival and Almeria Film Festival. Michael was selected to be one of Screen International’s 2011 ‘Stars of Tomorrow’ and is developing his first feature through the TorinoFilmLab FrameWork Programme.

Selina Lim – Writer

Keeping up with the Joneses is Selina’s second screenplay commission. Her first film, Painkiller, was commissioned as part of CINEAST, a digital short film programme produced by BBC Writersroom and B3 Media. Starring Benedict Wong (Moon, Prometheus) and Franz Drameh (Attack the Block), the film previewed at Encounters Film Festival in 2011 and premiered at Rushes Soho Shorts 2012. Selina is also currently developing a feature.

Megan Rubens – Producer

NFTS graduate, Megan Rubens has produced a diverse range of content from award winning short films, Outcasts and Jenny & The Worm, to Asia’s first mulit-platform drama series, Dimensions, where she oversaw all aspects of content creation and delivery in the UK and Malaysia. Her first feature Guinea Pigs will be released later this year by Vertigo Films and she currently has three forthcoming feature projects in the pipeline for production in 2012/2013.
