Ohna Falby – Producer
Ohna set up London-based Life to Live Films in 2011. Originally from France, she studied film and creative writing at Sarah Lawrence College in NY before settling in London. She has been producing commercials for more than 20 years and has a great track record producing award-winning (BAFTA, BIFA, UIP, EIFF, Cannes Prix Canal+) short films.
Ohna now works across commercials, shorts, dance and art films, collaborating with a wide range of talent and companies from the UK and Europe. She is focused on fiction feature projects and was awarded a place on the Rotterdam Producer’s Lab and subsequently Cinemart. She is a regular guest of European short and feature film incentives, always seeking out new talent to collaborate with. Her current feature projects are original stories by diverse and exciting talents: UK-based French director Gaëlle Denis, UK writer-director Kyla Bruce and Serbian writer Gorana Jovanovic, Scottish artist Rachel Maclean, and writer-performer Joseph Morpurgo.
After a very successful partnership with Gaëlle Denis making the BFI-funded short Crocodile (awarded Cannes Critics Week Canal+ prize), they are now collaborating on a French language feature co-production with support from the BFI.
